Chapter four discusses how to set up a blog in either WordPress or Blogger. This chapter provide information on both and compares and contrasts the advantage and disadvantage to both. Here the read will find links to both websites.
Chapter four is followed by a full chapter on starting with blogger. It identifies requirements and costs; how to open a new window in your web browser to reach the "blogger" website.
